The proper slot spacing is required to provide accurate deposition, while the proper slot width is needed to support the wafer at the necessary location during processing. At Universal Quartz, we use highly advanced, computer-automated CNC machines to produce exact slotting specifications for both plunge-cut operations and other various slotting procedures.
